About ME

I am an optometrist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in London, and I also provide private care through Imperial College Healthcare Private Care.I hold a BOptom degree and an MSc degree in Ophthalmology. I was trained at the Western Eye Hospital, which is part of the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.I work closely with world-class ophthalmologists, optometrists, orthoptists, and ophthalmic nurses. I maintain a close relationship with surgeons and ophthalmic clinicians on Harley Street.I have extensive experience in providing optometric/ophthalmic services and conducting joint consultations with consultant ophthalmologists.In addition to my clinical roles, I am an entrepreneur, a designer, and a lifestylist, with a significant interest and passion in classical music and fashion.

This includes the Heidelberg OCT for in-depth retinal analysis, the Optos Wide Field Fundus Camera for extensive retinal imaging, and the Humphrey Visual Field Analyser for precise visual field assessments.This integrated approach ensures a thorough evaluation of your eye health and visual needs, delivering personalised care and optimal solutions for your vision.Additionally, I collaborate with world-class ophthalmologists at Imperial College Healthcare, Moorfields Eye Hospital, and Harley Street to co-manage eye health issues.There are 4 types of joint consultations- Routine Optometrist & Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon Joint Consultation- Urgent Optometrist & Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon Joint Consultation- Optometrist & Orthoptist Joint Consultation*Home visit available upon referral

Myopia Management

As an optometrist, I run this unique myopia clinic consultant paediatric ophthalmologists in London and Hong Kong. My deep commitment to myopia control is driven by the belief that in the 21st century, no one should suffer from high myopia. This passion has led me to establish a comprehensive myopia control clinic at Imperial College Healthcare Private Care. My primary goal is to halt the progression of myopia, ensuring that my young patients can enjoy clear vision and an improved quality of life through our detailed management and continuous monitoring.At my clinic, I provide a range of specialised services specifically tailored to manage and control myopia in children. These include standard refraction tests to accurately determine each child's current prescription needs, cycloplegic refraction to measure the true refractive error by temporarily paralysing the ciliary muscle, and the precise measurement of axial length to monitor eye growth and assess the progression of myopia.
Additionally, I offer various types of contact lenses designed specifically for myopia control, including soft lenses and Ortho-K (Orthokeratology) lenses, which are worn overnight to reshape the cornea.I also provide specially engineered lenses designed exclusively for myopia control, offering another effective option for managing this condition in children.
